I see this material most on enlisted WAC uniforms. Metal Serval zipper. Marked size 12 but it seems to be quite a bit smaller than that. It is also rather short (the hem has ~3" of material, so it could be let down a little, but even then it would still be on the short side). OK condition with flaws. Small moth holes and some wear on
