They employ rigorous care of the estate’s vineyards

Once fermentation is complete the wines are transferred into oak barrels (35% new oak) for 12–14 months of aging

The vineyards here are planted on steep south facing slopes that take advantage of the chalk and clay rich soil that lie in the Superiore e Cartize DOCG area between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene
