There is a sticker saying 1/20-12k Gold filled but I didn't see a mark on the locket itself

These bottles were included in C rations

but it must have been cared for by its original user

This one is better than most that I have seen

It does appear to be a military issued item, possibly a field item since they still used more traditional white and blue pattern stuff in the barracks. One of the ties has ripped off but is still present. Neat piece. More East German items here.
