Mia Sandergrd studied at a young age at Althins Painting School and Wilhelmsonss Painting School in Stockholm before she trained as a primary school teacher. During the summer holidays from school, she continued her art studies at various museums and in the period 19181933 visited several large European cities, including to Vienna where she studied with the
