The surging is mostly intact along one side and has several areas of pulled surging with loose threads along the opposite side

MEASUREMENTS (approximate): Bust 36" Waist 28" Hips 38" Length 41" Nice clear label. Marked size 14. Dated Feb. 14 1945. It has the belt and the two sets of inside ties are present. Both the hat and the dress have some storage wear and light staining (they have not been laundered and will probably clean out). Still wearable as is. The hook and eye at the waist is missing the hook
