For a year, the Clairette and Picpoul age in the open air in oak barrels. The barrels are exposed to the sun's rays, sea breezes and the chill of winter and undergo a profound transformation. Left in repose for several months, Picpoul and Clairette are then blended together. 14 different herbs and spices are sourced all around the world to make Noilly Prat Extra Dry.
