Hyde No.3 2004 vanilla and boiled sweetsHyde No. 3 is a 6yo triple distilled, single grain Irish whiskey matured in first fill ex bourbon casks. As is common nowadays for several Irish whiskey brands, Hyde do not have their own distillery, but source their whiskey from other Irish producers (in this case, Cooley). Only 5,000 bottles produced, bottled in February 2016. Non chillfiltered and bottled at 46%. (Bottle size 750ml) Nose: Cinnamon and clove with sweet caramel. Complex and spicy
