It is supposedly a stretcher cover. It does have pockets on it for pillows. It is made almost like a zelt. It is dated 1942 and marked to feldlazarett 200. I am guessing this was meant to cover the stretcher and keep it clean. It is in unissued condition with some stains. Some of the materials, like the white strap
