This remarkable intrinsic item has all of its parts (as far as I can see) and was probably used both as a wall or desk lamp due to the ability of the canister portion with lampshade to swivel 90 degrees from the base

a tiny chip on the rim (please see picture)

Rare Vintage 1950's Pastel Colour Milk Glass Tea Duo - Jade & Baby Blue Glassware Body: 12 cmThis particular version of milk glass tea duos were first manufactured by French Arcopal although other producers including Brazilian firm Colorex manufactured shortly thereafter in the 1950s. The tea duo is a rare milk glass tea cup in jade green and a baby blue saucer, both seldom encountered, if ever. The tea cup has an embossed 10 underneath while the saucer is unmarked. The tea cup has an imperfection on the rim, but no other visible damages.
