Made from Palomino grapes harvested from a single vineyard, this wine is fermented in wooden barrels (almost unheard of in modern Sherry winemaking). It then spends up to ten years in the solera process, an unusually long time for wines classified Fino. Maritime aromas mix with flavors of nuts, olives, and citrus.
