Cardinal C Cigarette Tin uniform The razor has some discolorationPrewar Cardinal C Franz Foveaux Koeln cigarette tin (originally containing 50 cigarettes). This one is probably WWI 1920s era. Most of the advertisements for this brand seem to be from that time period. It is in OK condition with some issues. There are a few dents and dings and some rusting as well as general wear. It measures about 4 1 2" by 3".
