It shows signal flags for ships, Morse code, use of hand held signal flags, etc. It is in rough condition. It has a crease down the center (maybe folded to store easier in a pocket?), There are a few tears holes in pages. The staples are rusty and there is discoloration and staining. See photos for condition. Still a very interesting reference piece.
