The inside toe to heel measurement is about 9" ~ 9

There are similar pumps out there that have some visible plastic parts but not these ones

It measures 15" by 9 1/4"

It will sit nicely over top the standard Germany army mug. This one is maybe early post war. These are great coffee makers and have been making coffee for nearly a century.
