Created on the foothills of the active volcano Mt. Kanlaon, where the finest sugar cane is milled to produce sweet, rich molasses. Before being blended and bottled on the island, this rum spends 7 years in in a combination of ex Rioja wine casks and ex bourbon American oak barrels. A beautiful, light amber colour with notes of
