Mortlach 34 Year Old Adelphi Benrinnes pear sorbet and white grapeA single cask release from the Mortlach distillery in Speyside, bottled by Adelphi independent bottlers. Distilled in 1986, matured in a single bourbon hogshead and bottled in 2020. Only 224 bottles were produced. Non chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a natural strength of 54. 2%. Nose: Baked bananas, marzipan, mead, fruit salad sweeties, peach, apricot and linseed oil. Palate: Honeycomb, walnut praline, hokey pokey ice cream and sea
