I took the jacket out in bright sunlight and was able to get better photos of the stains

These are most likely very early postwar

The buttons are held in place by cotter pins and can be easily removed for cleaning

I have decided I will not be the one to fix these and I am tired of digging around the flashlight box for a new one to list and pulling out a project. The is a Russian flashlight and 3 German flashlights, one of which is actually a Wehrmacht flashlight. You could fix these it just depends on how creative you can get, or what sort of spare parts you can find. Or
