It folds out and has a pinup girl drawing inside. Made by Bell Engraving Co., Inc New York. Several blank pages of paper and some envelopes. Some of the pages and envelopes have discoloration. It seems to be complete, At least the envelopes are all there, but I did not count out the writing paper sheets.
