There is some tape residue on the front and one of the leather tabs is cracking but the leather is flexible

The chain is approximately 16" long

The inside is relatively clean

The button down top has lovely black detailing around the neck and on the pockets

It records anniversaries of important events, both historical and contemporary. It is filled with lots of things that a seaman might find worth reading throughout 1943. Great piece to have if you're trying to decorate your U Boot bunk. OK condition with some wear along the spine.
