Praeter Vino Rosso 2021 750ml Size:Each Smooth and Rich Mouthfeel: ProteinSucculent, but with spiky tannins, this is a thriving cactus of a wine. Syrah, Petit Verdot and Nebbiolo from Luigi Oddero's vineyard in La Morra. Juicy, open armed fruit comes by way of two co ferments. The first, Syrah & Nebb with 20% whole bunch. The second, Petit Verdot & Nebb, all destemmed. Matured separately in seasoned barriques for 14 months before the final blend. It's a letter to home from Matt Large.
