The shoulder straps button at the waist and the waist has a tie in the back. There is one pocket on the right side. It is in generally good condition, it does have some light yellow staining discoloration (I tried to photograph it, but it is hard to see) I have not tried to launder or iron it, so it may be able to be cleaned out.
