These were discovered in a supply depot in the Brenner Pass area of Austria in the 1970's which was the main supply route from Germany into Italy

It is in decent condition, just needs a good cleaning. There is a small gouge near the bottom. Great item for events, much less farby than a modern bottle. It measures about 5" tall. This is a krug, not a stein. Stein is what English speakers and tourists say. In German a stein is a stone, and is not used to describe a beverage container.
