In the Eastern Illinois League, the Speakers were league champs with a 65 27 record. Unfortunately, the league disbanded after the 1908 season due to a lack of teams. Upon moving to the Triple I the Speakers didn't have as much success, with their best season coming in 1913 with a 69 68
