A crisp and dry palate yet a powerful and refreshing length making it the perfect accompaniment to spicy, full flavoured dishes. Famous for its natural acidity, this variety ages beautifully. Established by the Devitt family in 1975, Ashbrook produced its first commercial wine (Riesling) in 1979 and its 30th vintage in 2008.
