(It is easier to cut on the inside edges of the loops than to cut the loops in the center) Take Strap and fold in half to make a loop shape Insert one side of the loop in the middle section of the clip Hook the loop on one of the middle pegs Take pliers and pull up the loop that is around the peg Using the pliers, grab the other side of loop and pull it over the other middle peg Pull strap down and DONE
