Dress #061: Regency dress in blue. 2018 Mid-century dress and green stripesThis hand stitched blue Regency dress, straight out of a Jane Austen novel, is made from a shimmery Japanese paper, overlaid with Koume watermark tissue, and accented with glass beads. Hand embroidered lines imitate the seams and folds of the dress, with tiny shell shapes standing in for the applique along the bottom of the dress. It is stitched onto cold pressed 100% cotton paper.
